Battlefield: It is developed in 2D with a top-down view, split in half, and in the player's view, the top of the screen belongs to the opponent. This division will serve as a visual timer indicating the time of each shift. The battlefield is distributed in an organized way where the player will have at his disposal places to download, buy and discard his cards (Limbo). Also, there are life indication displays, lands and button to advance or end your turn. Some battlegrounds can be purchased by players for the Betting Zone battle mode.
Limbo: place destined for the cards eliminated in battles, discarded or consumed spells.
Deck: It is a set of cards selected strategically for a battle. Battleable Decks must contain 40, 50, or 60 cards.
Elements: Sun and Moon. Each element has a different strategic trait that will be improved and revealed each season. Both elements can compose a deck.
Race: Currently beings are segregated into eight races: dwarf, dragon, elf, gnome, goblin, human, orc and magician.
Profile: Beings can correspond to three types of profile: attack, defense or magic.
Cards: are non-fungible, transferable, scarce and tradable assets through smart contracts on the Cardano blockchain.
Analysis of a Card:
Types (card): There are five types of cards, namely:
• Warrior: they are beings with an attack or defense profile, capable of attacking and/or defending their opponent. They may have supports or abilities that will give you strategic advantages in the game. Each Warrior consumes a certain amount of land to enter the battlefield. Can be sent to Limbo via magic or attack profile cards.
• Standing: they are beings with a magical profile. This type of card is permanently placed on the field, and can generate advantages for the player or support a Warrior-type card. Each Standing consumes a certain amount of land to enter the battlefield. Can only be sent to Limbo by magic profile cards.
• Increase: they are beings with a magical profile. This type of card is placed on the field generating support or ability for a given Warrior. Each Increase consumes a certain amount of land to enter the battlefield. Can only be sent to Limbo by Magic Profile Cards or when the target Warrior is sent to Limbo.
• Trap: they are beings with a magical profile. This type of card fires suddenly on any turn during an attack. Generates support or skill for a given Warrior or advantages for the player. Each Trap consumes a certain amount of land to trigger. It is sent to Limbo as soon as it is consumed or in the form of disposal.
• Land: can only be fielded once per turn. Lands are consumed whenever magic profile, attack, or defense cards enter the field. Consumed abilities are recycled each turn.
Rarity: The rarities of cards determine their scarcity, market value, and strategically increase their action power in a match. They are: common, uncommon, rare, very rare and special edition.
Ability: These are native attributes only on very rare and special edition cards. Rare cards can use boosters to increase this skill or add value to the token.

Tournament: All new players start in the Primal category with 800 points, requiring a 40-card deck to battle. Through victories, players accumulate points that determine their position in the Rank. When the player reaches 7,000 points, he will have the possibility to advance to the Strategist category. In this category the player starts with 500 points and needs a deck with 50 cards to battle. Following the same methodology, as soon as the player accumulates 7,000 points, he will be able to advance to the Warlord category. In the latter, the player will start with 300 points and will only be able to battle if he has a deck of 60 cards. If the player decides to retroact a category, he will return with the base points of that category, losing all his previous campaign. Rewards increase in each category.
Season: are the releases of new cards with new game strategies based on a theme voted on by the community. This is Promised Land's first named card season. We will have the release of the second season in 2022/Q4. From 2023 there will be 4 seasons per year.
